Welcome to Jago33, an online betting and entertainment platform operating in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Jago33 ("Platform," "we," "us").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any service provided by Jago33, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms stated herein. This includes all related policies referenced in this document, such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and the specific terms for each game category.

Jago33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. We will, however, endeavour to notify members via email or in-platform notification when significant changes occur. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To register and use Jago33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age 18 — Jago33 is strictly an adults-only platform. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering or using any of our services.
• Malaysian Resident — This platform operates and is intended for users located in Malaysia. Accessing it from jurisdictions where online betting is restricted is solely the user's own responsibility.
• Full legal capacity — You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never restricted — You have never been banned by Jago33 or used another person's identity to re-register.
• Personal account — Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jago33. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

By registering a jago33 account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Details required during registration include your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.

As an account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login details with anyone
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by another person with or without your knowledge
• Notify jago33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur

Jago33 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for regular members, though withdrawals may be subject to review.
• Jago33 aims to process all withdrawals within 15–60 minutes for all listed methods. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
• Jago33 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

Jago33 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, as well as the following general conditions that apply to all promotions:

• Rollover Requirements — All bonuses awarded must meet the rollover requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in each Jago33 promotional offer.
• One Bonus at a Time — Members may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Prohibition on Multiple Accounts — Each promotion may only be claimed once per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion using multiple accounts is considered fraudulent.
• Wagering Limits with Bonuses — Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to a maximum limit as specified in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.
• Validity Period — All bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover requirement within the stipulated period will expire automatically.

All Sports Betting at Jago33 — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, tennis, basketball, e-sports, and more — is subject to the following rules:

• Odds Finality — Odds displayed are those current at the time the bet is accepted. Jago33 reserves the right to reject or accept any bet for any reason, including where odds are affected by a technical error.
• Odds Errors — In the event of a significant odds error that clearly deviates from standard market values, Jago33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the amounts to the member's account.
• Match Postponement — If a match is postponed and resumes within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets remain valid. Matches not resumed within 24 hours will be declared void and all bets refunded.
• Match Cancellation — If a match is cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets will be voided and refunded. For parlay bets, the cancelled match will be counted as 1.00 in the payout calculation.
• Live Betting — Jago33 offers live in-play betting on selected matches. Odds in live betting change rapidly, and confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• Maximum Bet — Maximum bet limits per match are determined by sport category and market type. Jago33 reserves the right to reduce bet limits on any account without prior notice.

Jago33 offers a wide range of live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, and Blackjack, as well as video slots and lottery games. All games operate using random number generator (RNG) technology independently certified by a recognised auditing body.

• Game Fairness — All casino games on Jago33 use certified RNG technology to ensure every outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• Baccarat — Baccarat at Jago33 follows standard international rules. Banker, Player, and Tie bets are available. A 5% commission applies to all Banker wins.
• Technical Issues — If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue during an active round, the system will attempt to resume from the last recorded state. If recovery is not possible, the bet will be fully refunded.
• Lottery & 4D — Lottery tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once a purchase is confirmed. Winnings will be credited automatically to your account after the official results are announced.

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all members, Jago33 strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Fraud & Manipulation — Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
• Money Laundering — The Jago33 platform may not be used for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity. Jago33 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in Malaysia.
• Shared Accounts — Each account is strictly for the personal use of the registered owner. Sharing accounts or making deposits and withdrawals on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software — The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit games or the betting process is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion for Unfair Advantage — Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game is a serious violation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, temporary freezing of funds while an investigation is conducted, and/or appropriate legal action.

Jago33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Holding multiple active accounts
• Attempting to exploit system errors or technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• At the account holder's own request

In the event of account closure due to a violation, Jago33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance where there is substantial evidence of fraud or unlawful activity. If closure occurs for reasons unrelated to a violation, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

Jago33 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Information you provide during registration and platform use is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, Jago33 uses your data to:

• Verifying your identity and securely processing financial transactions
• Providing effective and responsive customer service
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Sending account-related communications and promotions (with your consent)

• Self-Imposed Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and require a 24-hour waiting period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limit — Set a maximum loss limit allowed within a specified period. Once this limit is reached, the system will prevent you from placing further bets until it resets.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum duration for each gaming session to prevent excessive play.
• Temporary Break — Activate a break from the platform for 7 days, 30 days, or any other duration that suits your needs.

Jago33 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from your own betting decisions
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Jago33's control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure issues, or natural disasters
• Losses arising from the use of inaccurate or outdated information on third-party platforms
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, even where Jago33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the jago33 platform shall be resolved through the applicable legal processes in Malaysia.
